- **Commission**: A 20% commission is charged on all purchases.

Delivery Services

We offer a **chargeable** postage and packing service for all packable items. Rest assured, all postage is fully insured for your peace of mind.

Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Salisbury Auctions Ltd and its clients. By participating in our auctions, you agree to these terms.

2. Selling Conditions

- Sellers must ensure that all items consigned for auction are free from any encumbrances.

- Salisbury Auctions Ltd reserves the right to refuse any item deemed inappropriate or unsuitable.

3. Buying Conditions

- Bidders must register online to participate in the auction.

- All bids are legally binding. By placing a bid, you agree to buy the item if you win.

4. Payment

- Payment must be made within 7 working days of the auction's conclusion.

- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards.

5. Delivery and Shipping

- Items will be shipped only after full payment is received.

- Salisbury Auctions Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

6. Liability

- **While we take every precaution, Salisbury Auctions Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to items during the auction process.**

- All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but buyers must satisfy themselves regarding the condition and authenticity of items.

ONLINE BIDDING AND TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

Where bidding is facilitated through third-party online bidding platforms, including but not limited to Easy Live Auction and The Saleroom, bidders acknowledge that the auction house has no control over the operation, availability, connectivity, or performance of such third-party platforms.

The auction house will not be responsible for any failure, interruption, delay, malfunction, loss of connection, transmission error, software or hardware failure, internet disruption, or other technical difficulty affecting a bidder’s ability to access, view, register, submit, amend or receive confirmation of a bid through Easy Live Auction, The Saleroom, or any other third-party bidding platform.

In the event of technical difficulties affecting an online bidding platform, the auction house reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to suspend, pause, delay, reopen, withdraw or otherwise amend the bidding process or sale of a lot where it considers this necessary or appropriate.

Bidders are responsible for ensuring that they have a reliable internet connection and that their chosen bidding platform is functioning correctly. Bidders should allow sufficient time to submit bids and should not rely solely on an online bidding platform where they wish to ensure that a bid is received. Alternative bidding arrangements may be available and should be made with the auction house in advance where appropriate.

A bid will only be treated as having been received when it has been successfully transmitted to and recorded by the auction house or the relevant bidding platform. The auction house cannot guarantee that every bid submitted through a third-party platform will be received, transmitted or displayed without interruption or delay.

The auction house shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of opportunity arising from technical difficulties, interruptions or failures affecting Easy Live Auction and Saleroom.
